                              RESOLUTION NO. 21449
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF CONTRACT
                 NO. MB-1-97, MOCCASIN BEND WASTEWATER TREATMENT
                 PLANT STORM WATER DETENTION BASIN, TO CASE
                 CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, FOR THEIR LOW BID IN THE
                 AMOUNT OF SEVENTY THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED
                 SIXTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($70,565.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       award of Contract No. MB-1-97, Moccasin Bend Wastewater Treatment 

       Plant Storm Water Detention Basin, to Case Construction Company,
       for their low bid in the amount of $70,565.00.
